Since every art print is printed specially for you, please allow 2-3 business days for production and quality checks before your order is shipped.
To ensure your art arrives in perfect condition, we ship our posters in robust packaging (triangular boxes, rigid tubes, or secure frame boxes) that protects against bending and damage during transit.
Once your order is produced and dispatched:
We offer FREE SHIPPING to the United States, Europe, Australia, Japan, and select international destinations.
For international orders (outside the US), items may be subject to import duties and taxes which are enforced by the destination country. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier strikes, customs processes, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for customers in the United States. For customers in the European Union, you have a 14‑day cooling‑off period to cancel or return your order for any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Important: For damaged prints or frames, please send us a clear photo of the damage to [email protected] instead of returning the item. This will help us resolve the issue faster.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
